• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technicians and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as outlined by the sales management team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
